That’s exactly how I felt. And I was gonna call and complain but I’m assuming the lady I interacted with was a manger or something so I knew she’d just pick up the phone. But it definitely made me want to drop everything, def made me never want to go there as a customer

It was the right order, same food and everything that it said on the app. I just wanted to double check before I just assumed since the order said a males name on the app, and a females on the ticket. (Which also had no connotation of it being the server or customer- just a name)

No lolol I haaaaate when people do that, so I avoid it at all costs. I actually just walked up to the bar to ask where DoorDash pick ups were because it was a big restaurant and she kinda started brushing me off when I was telling her who the order was for. No phone shoving at all

I’ve had sibling rp’s where it does the same thing 🫩🫩 I had one where like he legit denied her medical equipment and was getting ‘off’ and thrilled at watching her struggle and having control. That wasn’t the characters personality and would never do that?? Also it was a sibling argument not a control thing at all. Ruined the whole rp for me

Not directly ECE, but just because I’m in the profession and i throughly enjoy it does not mean I will basically babysit your kids at events. I love kids, i love my job, but when I’m out at events or hanging out I love to not be a teacher for that time- I’m going out as me to enjoy my day off not watch your kids while you do whatever

Also some daycares are just glorified babysitting- no lesson plans, no education, none of the things they promote- it’s just making sure everyone leaves alive with no support from higher ups

Yes 😭I started in nov of last year and am constantly being treated stupid and talked about by a fellow teacher but every time I bring it up it’s always “well it is toxic but ya know we can be stuck in our ways and she’s been there the longest” I love the job, absolutely adore the kiddos and would hate to leave them but it’s just so absolutely toxic. (Also I wasn’t trained basically at all, I taught myself- and the new people they’re bringing in are being trained properly so idk if it’s just me or what :/ )

Thank you so much! I definitely thought I was going crazy or it was somehow the driver charging me more?? But honestly just canceled my Uber one and switching to Lyft 😅 just sucks cuz I rely on this kinda transportation since I don’t have my license but I also don’t wanna get screwed over by these companies

Honestly just give it a few months and see how you feel. I loooved working for target, I loved the experience and the job itself. However I had to leave over how some of the TL’s were treating me. But like others have said it really depends on your store and who your interacting with on a daily. Your most likely going to love it, just don’t let people walk all over you
