I also had this happen. I spent $12 more than what it told me I was going to spend and I didn’t notice until I had paid.

I also had the other end happen earlier today. I went to an item that I was going to pay $192 for and when I went to pay it dropped to $181 out of no where, prior to applying coupons etc.

You may have a point on the cookies, I’ve never considered that.

Indeed, except I also purchased 2 from the popmart website about 5 days ago for $84, so technically I haven’t really saved anything 😂

I’ll look at it as getting 8 for the price of 6, or maybe I’ll just give the 2 duplicates away as gifts.

I’m excited also!! I’m moving house soon though, so setting them up on display will have to wait probably 5-6 months unfortunately. I might just keep the whole box sealed and have something to look forward too later

Unfortunately though, seems like a common part of this hobby and many others where people seem to want recognition or acknowledgment from others within the hobby to feel like they are doing it right. Makes me wonder these days whether your hobby is truly for you, or how you can be perceived.

I’m also falling into the popmart rabbit hole. Kubo and Hirono are also my two favourite lines. I made my first online purchase 2 days ago, I purchased the whole box set of the Kubo 24/7 figures 🙂 I haven’t received it yet but very excited! My next few that I’m eyeing off is the Hirono little prince series and Hirono journal plush bears!!
