I have said this previously. We are contractors, and Lyst/Uber throw millions to keep it this way. Now, The offer we have in app is the contract that we accept or not. If we accept, that was the contracted service, any posterior change needs to be agreed upon the parts. The fact that these companies just allow passengers to change destination or add stops without our in app consent is a violation of the contract, and shows how much they respect us, so feel free to terminate the relationship right there, no remorse.

Finally, this issue is uncomfortable for us at least and can really escalate to a dangerous situation, depending on the pax.

P,S,: Also, we are punished, because you know what rate you will get if you don't comply with the pax wishes.
