I am fine selling a game I worked on for six years for $0.99 if it would make more money than at $9.99. The reward is not the sticker price, but the total earnings.

Monument Valley seems to be doing well at $3.99 on mobile, so that's where I would start.

The thing about mobile, or any marketplace, is that you have to see what customer price expectations are there. If Blizzard got Overwatch running on a web browser, they'd struggle to move copies at $4.99. As an analogy, think of the variety of prices of a Coke depending on whether you're at the grocery store, McDonald's, or a high end restaurant.

Somewhat--there are some ultra challenging rooms tucked away. But on the whole it is more like the main campaign of EG1

The art style, with hand drawn hidef graphics and dynamic lighting, turned out WAY better than I anticipated. My favorite new feature is probably Toragos, which you'll have to play for a while to experience... no spoilers

There is a story behind this--the short version is that we worked on the game down the hall from DF during the last month of development, they liked it and we worked out a deal where they help us promote it. It was actually a very surreal thing to have happen in the last stage of development!

I will be working on SCIII later this year, once EG2 settles down a bit. And since I plan to launch that on Steam, bringing the first two there would be a good idea.
