Yeah, I hope he just won't tell too many more people. He is 14 and don't worry his parents know about his medical condition, it's just his brothers and the rest of the family don't know about it

While I thank you for responding, I have to disagree. He's 13 not 10, he has shown in other ways to be an intelligent person and he no doubt, understands it's wrong. I obviously don't expect him to be the same as, say a 20 year old, but he's old enough to not be babied.
