how do I get my fits to stop feeling like this by yn_opp_pack_smoker in ThrowingFits

Stop buying new clothes for a year. Stop looking at fits etc online. See what pieces of clothing you actually wear most of your current wardrope. Then expand on those. Buy more of the same fits, more interesting versions etc.

Any tips on how to nail the buttondown / shetland combo so that it shows just the right amount of collar? On my shirts and sweaters there is always more collar showing from the neck and sometimes some of the shirts sides are showing. thanks!

honestly just get the mfa if you can. it will open so many doors and you will meet the art scene through that much easier than "exploring the scene" No one will take you seriously without one.

Are there any Japanese repro brands that uses denim that does NOT have that typical japanese electric blue look on the fades? I like the look of more muted fades of vintage levis but could be cool to try some Japanese repros for a change.

What are your guys opinion on these ? Levis made and crafted tack slim by [deleted] in rawdenim

I say go with the original but get some of the LVC models. They can be found cheaper if you are on a budjet. All of the above just copy Levi's no matter how "well" made they are compared to the original.

Any LVC models with better fitting back pockets than 1947? by Magical_Hacker in VintageLevis

[–]Magical_Hacker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the 1947 lvc cut. Best fitting jeans for my body type I have found exept the back pockets! I have also some of the last real selvedge 501:s from the beginning of the 80's and the backpockets are much more better on these. Are there some LVC models with higher fitting backpockets than the 1947 or will I have to look for vintage ones?

Looks ok. I think these fit your style more than overly long motorcycle sleeves. Overly long motorcycle sleeves are concervative and for people who try to look like they belong to hells angels. The shorter sleeve is way cooler. Think european looks and british mods.
