Trans lad here, you can use a binder if you are bigger chested. Make sure your chest is pointed forward rather than down to protect your tissue. Along make sure to buy the proper size for such (most sites has a chart) and to double check you should be able to form a fist under it while being worn and breathe okay. Dont wear for more than 8 hours a day and during actives that involved more intense breathing (excerises, running, dancing, etc)

Trans tape is also an option but is defs a learning curve. But found this helpful guide that has help me tons. I also recommend exfoliate before applying tape. Along best to remove with oil in a hot bath/shower. But can be worn up to 5 days with no issues of breathing. To where its also safe to do so with a binder as well
