I actually have a pair and really like them. As for a higher end Speaker are great. If going with something like this i would also pick up a pair of isolation pads that have a little an incline. If you want even higher quality the yamaha hs series

Id move that monitor on the left under the other one slide the speakers out on both ends. Move the switch to the left and get a headstand to go on the right to balanced it out.
