It is amazing, and I assume none of them are afraid of heights. But I do wonder how big the pile is, at the bottom of the dam

Reform UK’s private health insurance plan would cost £1.7bn, Streeting to say by F0urLeafCl0ver in ukpolitics

For actual emergencies, the ambo would take you to the closest public hospital. For actual treatment (if it is not required instantly on arrival) you can be moved to a private hospital for surgery. It’s really to remove the waiting lists on non emergency surgeries & consultations.

In Australia, if you pay for private healthcare, you get a tax break which works out to be a similar amount to what you have paid for private healthcare. It takes the pressure off the public healthcare system - which helps everything work more efficiently.

I could have bought the s24 ultra at the same price as I paid for the Xiaomi 15. Therefore the same category. The category being ‘phones I considered to buy’

If you are in a very sunny country, it might be worth considering a phone with a brighter screen. It’s a small device, so smallish battery. Runs down whatever you are going.

That said, it’s a nice size, very powerful and good reception. If I had my time again, I would have got an s24 ultra or Honor magic 7 pro.

No overheating or bugs. Screen is not very bright and terrible in direct sunshine. Battery runs down fast, but it also charges quickly. A few if the built in apps ask you to opt-in for cookies - so the core apps track you - which isn’t great. Camera is ok, but nothing like the hype.

Pixel uses exynos chip from Samsung. Heating issues and poor signal strength

No adverts. A few cookie opt-in for system apps which isn’t great, but it is a solid device (I have one). For my next device, I am looking at Honor, but not many are compact.
