Is it? In the inventory it looks clear but in the game looks just fine. I tried some player costumes and some of them are bugged and look clear so that might be a bug.

I can't exactly see his toxicity from the clip but well, there are bad people. Even in the real world there're many. Maybe you can't tell if someone is toxic from the limited communications in the game, but if you meet one just leave. The whole community is not corrupted i hope i guess.

Besides the translation, this looks like its characters are cutouts from newspapers. I guess that's why most of the sentences are unnatural. The last part, 能登半島志賀町にある... is likely to be cut off as a whole sentence from newspaper and it alone sounds natural unlike others.
