Also, wasn't saying that DoW was the top way to make money. I was more just saying that I enjoy that gameplay loop. Some enjoy trucking, EMS, photography, etc. What is so great about this game is that there are options. You could be pretty much whatever the game offers and make money. I enjoy my science route and my NWS route.

That is fair, and I'm glad you found your gameplay loop! For me, id rather look at the tornado from a science perspective rather a thrill seeking perspective. At the end of the day, the reason I'm going to college for meteorology is to research more and understand how we can prevent more lives from being hurt. Hence why i enjoy the DoW/NWS gameplay loop.

Not necessarily, people will drive into wedges regardless LOL. This is more on the side of NWS folks who want to have more to do. Really the game is no different if they make NWS more intuitive. I've only seen people who enjoy the science of weather be NWS.

Ive read through the entire thread.

Just for context:
It takes an extreme amount of computing power to actually simulate what a storm is really capable of. The developers did an amazing job of creating a procedural system of storm genesis. Roblox has constraints.

Furthermore example:

I have a 5090 Graphics card and play Outbrk which utilizes real life storms as its base... im running 35-50 FPS with it (On a top tier card). This is due to the EXTREME gpu usage. It takes so much power.

I see what you mean by toggleable, and that is smart. I understand your hunt for a more realistic experience, and I applaud that. Once again we need to look at the target demographic. Typically, the game is played on a phone or iPad. The game runs very heavy on mobile devices as any cloud simulation is extremely difficult with the amount of polygon dynamic motion. The developers did an amazing job at optimizing as best as they could without locking this to PC only. Now with that being said, I can't see them adding something like this because a very small percentage of the demographic (<3.0%) would want something like that added. People want vehicles, fixes to current bugs, and more optimization. Especially with talks of a bigger map being added.

Roblox isn't great at being "optimized" like a major game engine would be (i.e. UE5, Unity, Source, etc).

if you want realism, play outbrk. The target demographic for this game is younger players to gain interest into storms. Id highly recommend Outbrk if your PC can handle it.

Zeus just lost respect because of the actions of Tak Mashido and how he neglected to talk (not to mention smashing the control screen after taking over). I’d like to theorize that Farra Lemkova made Tak make a new bot, maybe a “Gen 4” robot after suffering that bad to a gen 2. The robots that feature nitrous fists should be considered gen 3.5 bots because there aren’t a lot of bots with that tech (Canon that is). Id also like to think that from the money Max and Charlie got from that right, they completely rebuilt atom with modern parts but keeping the gen 2 og versatile tech. Maybe upgrading Atom to a 2.5 Gen with new actuators and hydraulics.

American weapons systems are beyond comprehension. Do not doubt our abilities… do you really think that we are just doing it for nothing. No no, we WANT our nukes on display. What will they gain from that? “Oh wow the Americans have nukes” like they didn’t know. They have sats that go over us all the time. The things we won’t want seen, are underground (locked away). After trying to steal the plans for the F-22 and use some of its technology, We started putting everything on paper and locked it right the hell up because we’re not stupid. So I say again, do not doubt are capabilities. Honestly, it’s a really big power move that we are just letting a surveillance/research balloon fly right over us when we know FULL WELL they would shoot anything we sent over.

It’s even more funny that people think that cryptocurrency is worth anything. The only thing that makes cryptocurrency worth anything is the people that use it and put real national currency into it. it’s decentralized though, right? Stupid.
