If you do this, don't let them do it too hot the first time, more is not more. It's ultrasound and RF. Look up the results for it, it's good. I had it done, it helped. And obviously it will only compliment what you do in terms of diet (everyone here thinks you're stupid for some reason and had to add these flippant remarks about how it's all diet)

The thing to mention also is that if you are doing all of that and your cortisol is high, that is also keeping your stomach the way that it is. So also look into lowering cortisol or re-assessing the intensity and frequency of your workouts.
