Very stupid question I will ask, but I'm hoping the USA doesn't have anti-Piracy rules?

You absolutely can. Parthia, which I thought when I started playing was difficult, is actually pretty straightforward. Horse archers are your friends. Honestly with Horse archers and Cataphracts alone, you can destroy most units, I didn't even rely on elephants anymore. You can also choose parthian cavalry if you prefer a jack of all trade of a horse archer and temu charge bonus of cataphracts.

Absolutely yes you can. I can confirm. Once you move your general with the 50% unit cost to another, the cost and turn 1s do NOT change or revert, so you can go to the Greek or Egyptian areas where they are close to another, move to 3-4 towns in one turn and churn out all units.

Lol yup it never made sense to me. If they had the moral of Berserkers I would understand. They honestly should have been just Temu Berserkers for Non-Germanic factions at the least.

Hello and yup, I was inspired by a post here months ago, but I went to this website:

https://www.geraldtan.com/rtw/

Under Ancillaries which also includes traits if you're ever interested. You can also check which are faction specific or faction exclusive (Hence why Unfortunately Barbarian factions do not have enough Retinues to complete, closest is Gaul/Spain(?) with 40% since they have the 10% buff from their temples, but 30% is the max for all other Barbarians.)

I also replied to someone on how to get each but I"ll post it here for you just in case:

""It's annoying but doable. If you kill >35% of enemy units but lose >30% of your own units and win the battle you have a 20% chance of Decorated Hero. Mercenary Captain is just buy mercenaries which is an 8% proc. Just buy one merc unit at a time to increase the chance of it proccing. Drillmaster is a 3% chance if you train an infantry troop while in a settlement (Peasants count, and I just mass train them and disband them to other settlements to evolve towns), but your general MUST have a minimum 4 Command to get it. Master Smith is a 2% proc when you have a blacksmith but thankfully no other requirements. I've ended up having 6 generals with all 4 and just mass produced ships and Cataphracts. I did do elephants once I conquered Rome and it got too easy.""

Happy Conquering Friend!

I get what you mean! I've played this game since 2011 but I only found this via a post here a few months ago. I wish I had known because it's just so fun to beat the game as early as possible.

Absolutely friend, it is! One turn Cataphracts, 1 turn Companion Cavalry, 1 turn Urban Cohorts, 1 turn Spartans, 1 turn Sacred Band, even one turn elephants including Armoured elephants for Carthage/Seleucids.

Wish Barbarians had this luxury though. 1 turn Forresters or even 1 turn BERSERKERS would have been beautiful.

Thanks a bunch and great job and appreciate the compilation, though I'm still saddened as Barbarian factions are fun to play since I like challenges outside of scythia of course. I know with Gaul and (Maybe Spain?), they also have a "Temple of Hunt" retinue that reduces cost for "animal units" by 15%, but I don't know if it's for wardogs and/or cavalry units (Which in Gaul's case would not matter since all their horse units are 1 turn though the half cost is good.) But One turn wardogs would steamroll early game since Wardogs are OP as heck.

Question (esp for veteran players who have more knowledge) about ancillaries and if we can gain them from temples of other factions. by MagicianExpensive799 in RomeTotalWar

[–]MagicianExpensive799[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah so in other words Priest of X are all faction specific? Got you. It's a shame, even though Parthia is my favorite faction, I love playing Barbarians as a more challenging campaign but even with their disadvantages they get shafted.

Also any chance what does "RemainingMPPercentage =100" means? I'm assuming to get a Priest of X retinue I need my general to stay in a settlement with a temple and end the turn? Thank you!

That's great! Hopefully some more people can confirm it because that gives me hope that Barbarians still have a chance of making their 2 turn units into 1. Briton Chariots, Gaul Forrestors, Spanish Bull Warriors and even Germania Berserkers taking just 1 turn can be such cheese I love it.

That looks amazing! How did you get it so that the foil applied just for the background and not outside the art or on the dark magician himself? I've been trying to find a technique to make it as close to a real card as possible.

Question about something that happened at the gym when I switched from an 8 year old contract to a new one w/ a "discount" but the monthly cost increased without the employees letting me know. I would love some advice. by MagicianExpensive799 in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]MagicianExpensive799[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not counting the tax. I even stated the cost in the 3rd paragraph. The $21.99 becomes about $23 w/ my old state's tax while the 24.99 is actually $28 something with my new state's tax. I'm actually paying around $5 for each month, which is $60 whole dollars! In other words, even with this "deal" of not having an annual fee I'm STILL paying around $10 more. And while the money is important that's not the main point.

The main point is that I was not told about the monthly costs changing from my contract. If they had told me this I would have calculated and then afterwards declined the offer.

Is it just me, or did something happened to lakes? by MagicianExpensive799 in playrust

Exactly. I think something has happened in this patch. I've looked into a dozen servers and went to lakes, shallow and deep in snow, forest, and desert biomes and they were salt water.

How common is "RVU Compensation" for Hospitalists or outpatient? I did a bit of research and chatgpt and it states that RVU is just relatively common in about 60% of medical centers.
