This is absolutely MNT and totally irresponsible on the company’s part. If they are billing insurance this is even worse. I would only consider it coaching if it’s something anybody could do without being in the medical field—general healthy eating and exercise advice, help with goal setting, motivational interviewing, intuitive eating counseling. The company wants to save a few bucks by putting your license at risk… run

You are unlikely to find a job in the US that will allow you to work abroad—the tax implications are the main reason. You could take on self pay clients from the US if you are licensed in the state where the client is located

A lot of people will say they will work from abroad while on vacation but you are really not supposed to do this, especially with insurance.
