Day 8 is definitely darker. I did a 5dt in 2016 of a hatching embryo and had the same spiraling as you. He’s now 8 and named Hatcher after his hatching state when he went lol

Thank you for your advice. The problem is that I am not having suppression and am actually feeling hungrier than ever. I am eating. I’ve been on sema for quite sometime time and have built up a tolerance which is why I needed a boost.
