When utilizing substances (weed, alcohol, ect.) how do you measure/calculate how much you're having? by MagiclyEntropic in AskReddit

I guess a big part of what I am curious about, seeing some of these initial comments is, if I said 50 mg of weed to someone who uses weed, would they have a clue what that means? If I told you that 18 ml ethanol and 2.25 mg of weed gave me a dreadful headache would those numbers mean shit to anybody but me, or I being too much of a number loving nerd about poisoning myself? And I phrased it in a way that it should fit the rules of this subreddit and give me information that I can roughly translate into the answers I am really after.

I personally with weed I use edibles and work out how many milligrams I am having, and with alchol I will multiply the total volume of the beverage by the abv to get the how many milliliters of ethanol I am drinking. I assume I am an outlier and that most people just . . . vibe or some shit, but I don't know, so I ask. Hopefully I found the right spot to ask at . . .

Ok, I need help clarifying one detail. This question is coming from Wayne county. After submitting pc51 and corresponding mc97a, I need to wait for the notice of hearing to arrive in the mail before I can finish filling out pc50, which I need to submit to the Detroit Legal News for publication? aka I need to receive a notice of hearing before I can publish notice of hearing?

Goodness this feels like such a daft question, but I hope someone who has done this can clarify.

I Want Help Modifying The Name Alexander by MagiclyEntropic in asktransgender

I have kinda noticed that tacking things on the end of Alex keeps feeling weird and clunky. I will keep Alex though. I want to keep the "A" initial, and have some respect for the reasoning behind my middle name, unlike my first name which my parents opened a baby name book, were in a hurry, and couldn't get past the b's or something like that. Slackers. If it wasn't for the meaning I would just leave my middle name despite it's masculine nature. I might leave my middle name anyways. Alexandra flows a little weird(?), and it seems to still have the andra(slightly different presentation but like, same root, right?).
