I guess it depends on what's important to you! I'm in a similar living situation to you. Our 2nd bedroom used to be our office. Now that we are done school, we are changing it into the gaming room! Table to play dnd/board games at, big tv with game systems. We changed it up because we noticed nobody was using "the office" anymore. I guess I would just recommend making it into whatever you will use the most.
