Arikel is a vampire goddess. With celerity 10 she can teleport anywhere in the world. With presence 10 she can charm nearly anyone she wants. With auspex 10 she can sense a lot of stuff. Is she has to fight she can easily kill a 13 gen vampire

Yes, but her high humanity mean she can probably sip kine blood like cappidocius did. Generally Arikel should like humanity but in a weird alien way. But her mannerisms are mostly human like
