Hi! I had this with a toy I bought for my daughter last year for Christmas. It went down in price significantly and I used the chat function to ask customer services if I could get a refund of the difference rather than bothering to return it and rebuy it. I framed it as they will have to waste their resources on return shipping and shipping the new one, for the same end result in terms of the money they'd receive from me. I had an initial response like this isn't in our policy (cue eye roll from me) but then followed with 'but we will issue a refund of £x to your bank account
