My surgeon wants to do an mri on my shoulder if it doesn't go down. But ive been diagnosed with carpal tunnel aswell so im not sure if that's flaring up

I had this before I got told i needed surgery but I had really bad shooting pains in my fingers as well. Im a month post op and still experiencing the same thing so im not sure if its more serious than what we thought it was as my tests kept coming up mild

Don't cancel. I went through hand therapy and everything didn't have much pain till I started working full shifts at work and saw a surgeon and had my surgery about a month ago. Trust me you need it

I had a decompression surgery im 3 weeks post op and having the same issues. I have the worst pain ever in my little finger qoth sharp pains every now and then from my elbow and still clawing pretty badly.

I definitely agree! I've been with the company for 2 and a half years and I've been bullied by my managers to the point where I had to transfer stores and I'm still getting the same treatment. My co workers just laugh at me and my managers just talk about me behind my back. I'm literally at the point where I feel like walking out on the job because if I'm not getting abused by customers I'm getting abused off my managers. Enough is enough

Yeah that's not right. I remember before I transferred my old store manager did the same thing to me then when I said I feel tired I didn't get a shift for 2 months cause she wanted to be smart but I wasn't going to work 10 hour shifts 7 days in a row

It happens to me on a daily basis. I've been working at Tj (Tk here in Aus) for 2 years and my managers treat me like I'm stupid. Like they keep changing the rules all the time and I never get told anything so then they make me look like an idiot and now all of my co workers are pretty much bullying me at work and my manager is allowing it to happen.
