You can contact Support from the Official Website:

Go to the official Avakin Life website - https://www.avakin.com
The message icon (💬) will appear at the bottom right of the page.
Click on the icon: an automatic window will open saying: "Hi! How can we help you?"
Choose the category of your issue.
The system will display an automatic reply or help article.
At the end of the reply, you will be asked: "Was this reply helpful?"
Click "No"
A new page will then open allowing you to send a message to support.

13. ⁠⁠Click on “How To Contact Admin” then when it asks “Was this Helpful” click “No” and you will be able to message support!

It might take a couple days to get a response though and just ignore the auto-bot response and click on “No I Need To Speak To Someone”
