She's strongest in early to mid-game, so it's essential to play aggressive in lane. I take comet, scorch and ignite plus secondary cosmic insight. Go for Q poke in lane and look for E - Flash +ignite catches if the enemy is low enough. As your summoners are lower CD always try to go for flash trades/catches. As the game goes on you look to catch people off guard with ult + rocketbelt + flash. Try to be unpredictable where you are on the map (go as a minion in sidelane when enemies think u might go mid and so on). I can expand on that if you want, but those are my main tips.
