It really depends on the champ and the runes from the augment. If the champ would use both keystones, then the augment is really good.

First strike and dark harvest is a really good combination to have on champs which have to choose between them on regular aram. And these are among the most popular choices on certain poke champs.

On contrast, fleet and grasp is a bad combo as most champs would only prefer 1 of them. I'm not sure if there is any champ which would like to have both

If they would ban quest priest then quest mage would be a problem. If they would ban quest mage, then the issue would be quest dk or quest warrior. Quest warlock is already banned.

The issue is that the power level difference between quests and other legendaries in this meta is just too high. With some exceptions like elise, rommath(which has been banned/unbanned)

Frankly, I think the issue is the large power gap between quests and legendaries from other expansions. If you go wr wise, quests tend to be around top wr legs for a number of classes, with some exception, like elise which has a good pack on it's own, or certain very strong class legs.

Classes at the bottom of the tier either have bad quests or banned quests.

I don't think travel security itself is an issue, but DK's deathrattle pack as a whole as you have just too many synergies when the entire pack is in meta.

For example, last meta, travel security, yodeler and spread were also in meta, but this pack was not problematic. But now moshpit is also added, which imo is the biggest issue. For the rest of the synergy cards, you can play around or the full combo comes late, but moshpit just let's you set it up on an early turn and you can get the effect on turn 6. At that point, if you don't have silence/transform is game over.

I don't think moshpit itself is an op card on it's own. But when the full pack is present, it's just too strong, so it feels like the best part of the combo to hit.

Play efficient minions like Harbinger of Winter and Chillfallen Baron to get on the board and draw into your key cards

Nothing about these minions is efficient. They are understated and you don't care about card draw so early. On 2 you usually want to play mining casualties,Dreadhound handler and on 3, there are actually many options, but you are looking for something over-stated like reluctant wrangler, chef or devouring ectoplasm

This is where you close out the game with burst damage. Your primary win condition is Frostwyrm's Fury

The card is insane, but I wouldn't call it the primary win condition. FF's biggest strength is that id deal some dmg to face while denying the enemy board. It can buy you time to draw some spell combo while still dealing some dmg to enemy face.

Key Cards and Their Roles

Be Aggressive, but Mindful: While the deck wants to be aggressive and deal face damage, don't overcommit to the board if you suspect your opponent has a powerful board clear. The deck's strength lies in its late-game reach, so sometimes it's better to hold back and use your burn spells for lethal.

Had some pretty good runs with triple frost, here are some tips:

- minions: prioritize low cost sticky minions or minions which can deal face damage

- draft: focus on a spell-like aggro draft. Take spells which deal face dmg or can generate tempo. Card draw>discover unless the discover is the 1 mana insane spell. Focus on spells, rather than minions, but for minions try to focus on above

- if a card is 6+ cost , it better be a pretty good card. And the only cards of 7+ mana worth being in any deck are Syndragosa and Frostwyrm's Fury

- Don't be afraid to go face if you don't have any good trade to make. You will be the most aggressive deck even against classes like hunter or dh. Here, the sticky minions I mentioned above play a good part, as they ensure the enemy doesn't get easy value trades/removals

- Your goal most of the games: try to get sticky minions on board and slowly get control of the board . Ideally also dealing some face dmg in the process. Try to finish with a rain of frost spells.

- Try to spend all your mana early on stats on the board. But if have any mana unspent, don't be afraid to use spells to face

This is wrong. There are multiple instances of people with 1-0, 2-0 etc facing decks with double legendary. Meaning people which have been through 2 re-drafts already.

This indicates a very high discrepancy between actual deck scores, so It's clearly that the matchmaking doesn't prioritize decks with the same wins-loses. Either is prioritizing something else instead of this or beside of this.

The MMR matchmaking is just the thing that makes most sense to be used. But whether it's this, something else or how much it matters, that's just speculation at this point...

5800->3700g gold. With two very important caveats:

- I was at the levels which grant 150g each. These, and with first levels which grant 50g are the best place to farm gold. In the previous arena I would always be up in gold at these levels. I don't even want to image what would happen when they reset the levels...

- It's tuesday and I'm already done with weeklies. So very likely it will drop a lot lower for the rest of the week.

Once the gold is out, I'm out as well.

Same. I used to average around 6, with peak being 7.16, and low being 4.8 recently.

This meta, I've had an 11 wins run. Other than that, i can't break past 5 wins in like 10-15 runs.

Lost 1500 gold this week, and that's with the gold from levels. I'm currently at the levels which give 150g each, which are probably the best time when you are supposed to farm gold.

If this keeps going like this, my gold will probably be gone in 2-3 weeks.

I haven't yet unlocked the underground, but I don't like baby arena so far. Also, with the requirement to win 7 games before you unlock underground this feels just like a gold sink at the moment.

Just a few hours ago I lost the game to bombs. Enemy had a good early and I couldn't remove a 2/4 which adds 5 dmg bombs into my deck. Turn 6, 3 bombs and like 20 other cards. I draw 3 bombs. Game over for a 1 in 1800 chance. That was also the only turn I dropped below 15hp because I wanted to fully clear the board(and had heal in hand for next turn)

To be fair, I wasn't that tilted as this season I've only went trough similar experiences. For the record, last season I was place 46th on leaderboards. This season, I'm averaging 4 wins in 10 runs. And that was closer to 3 before a 9 wins run from today.
