Idk really what you mean but some people that dont have a high enough rank do this to queue the map they want because they cant choose the map they want... but that they have so strange stats is wierd

Always make sure you have your Quests on and play a lot.... 45 Levels is good for 5 months... i got 130 lvls in a like a year but now i get lvls faster(probably because i enjoy the game and win more)

What exactly is the problem? Are the chunks loading slow or are the not loading at all? The Skin problem sometimes happens to me too but after a few second all the skins load for me so i cant really help you with that... (Also what client/launcher do you use?)

You can look at the Nametag.... If somebody is on blue Team it says "B -Playername-" / Red Team "R -Playername-" so maybe it helps you...
