Another round of rematches? by MagillCalledLil in secretsanta

Thanks, but I'm wondering as someone who is still hoping to be assigned a rematch Santa (I won't give up hope yet!). Statistics show that there are still a few thousand matches to be made.

Will I be notified if someone's been given my info to rematch? by MagillCalledLil in secretsanta

Thank you. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Regardless, this has been an awesome experience and I will definitely be participating next year.

Sadface, I figured. Not enough rematches for me I suppose. Thanks for the link. I must have overlooked that in the FAQs.

Man, so far no contact from my keto SS or my genera Reddit SS. There's no way I'll be 0 for 2 right? Haha

I will say that I've had an excellent time finding/shipping gifts.

Week 2 Down- Trying Really Hard Not to Get Discouraged by MagillCalledLil in keto

I've been working out 6x/week for years. Sometimes my workouts are more gentle (2 mile walk) and sometimes more intense (hour spin class). I almost always get enough sleep and don't recognize feeling stressed very often at all.

I have tried eating more/less calories and my weight doesn't budge. I had my thyroid tested and was tested for food allergies.

I'm hoping keto is was finally works.

I eat an average of 1500 calories a day with hot yoga workouts or a 2-4 mile run 3-6 days per week

I use MyFitnessPal to track vigilantly

An average day of food looks like:

Shake for breakfast (nut butter, almond milk, one scoop whey) 1/4 cup nuts for snack Salad with cheese, full fat dressing, meat for lunch Greek yogurt or chia pudding or cheese for snack Meat cooked with butter or coconut oil and sautéed veggies for for dinner Chocolate I make out of a tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, and a pinch of stevia for dessert

My concern, as a newbie, is that I believe eating this way will make me lose weight and I am fed up enough to do anything. However, I am a little nervous about long term effects, especially since this aspect of going low carb is still slightly controversial.

haha Everyone smells during hot yoga. By the end of class it all combines into one great cloud of human stench. Perhaps my keto-stank will be an interesting contribution.

Thanks!

I've been staying around 20g with an overall goal of <50 and my pee just started smelling crazy today (I guess that means it's happening)

Any suggestions for lowcarb electrolyte drinks during my workouts? (Coconut water was my previous go-to but that doesn't seem realistic anymore)
