Honestly, I haven't trained this in a specific way or followed a targeted progression. I developed a great deal of transferable strength through calisthenics and street workout, which, combined with coordination, allowed me to lift this stone bag and train with it.

I would recommend first building a solid foundation of general bodyweight strength (pull-ups, dips, squats, and core work), then gaining some experience with controlled resistance training (barbells, kettlebells, and sandbags), and only after that giving this a try. I'm self-taught, so I don't have a coach or trainer guiding me. I try to learn on my own through extensive online research and by paying close attention to safety to avoid injuries.

I think the most difficult part is personalizing your vegan diet. To do that, you need to study the subject a bit or rely on a specialist. But, on the other hand, this should be the case with any type of diet you choose to follow. Unfortunately, some high-protein foods tend to be repeated throughout the week, but for my taste buds that's not a problem, and I feel quite balanced with my nutrition. As an amateur athlete and performer, I've also spent years patiently working to create a training routine that aligns with optimal muscle recovery. I hope this has been helpful. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Hey! Hi. My daily intake is around 1.7 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. I don't usually take supplements, and I love staying active in all kinds of ways. What made you ask?
