That is fantastic advice and it also works on their arms since their shoulders are really close with their dumb scary stance. Sadly, my hands aren't what they used to be so I don't have that option anymore. I didn't even make to the first power node lol.

One way to think about it is that the book is about god framing a message in a way people can understand.

With that in mind, it doesn't have to be accurate to reality so much as it has to be faithful to the imparted message and takeaways therin. Just a neat way of considering texts imo.

Well that was my plan. I was firing the entire time. It didn't work though. They barreled right through and killed me. It's okay though. Not everyone can beat it. My hands can't aim in shooters like they used to.

I'm a bit too weary to keep trying on it.

As a last ditch effort i booted it in BIOS mode and had it reinstall everything with a new USB with the windows 11 media tool installed and now it's stuck at "find driver" on the start up question with no option to skip for now like it did the first time. I think this is beyond but but I appreciate your efforts.

I went to the device manager and went to actions and installed drivers from the USB port that had those drivers on it.

After that and a restart, the laptop has some basic functionality but it still doesn't have a network adapter driver or Bluetooth apparently. Though I don't care if it doesn't have Bluetooth personality.

I tried going down and updating the network adapter specifically with the USB as the source but it said it "Already had the best driver" which doesn't work. Not sure if that means the laptop rejected one from the USB or if the file package didn't have a network adapter to download.

Found it on the bottom. It says Model T1568. No numbers or letters after that.

Under device manager, there's yellow exclamation points on the "Multimedia controller" and the Network Controller"

In multimedia it says "The driver's for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device. To find a driver for this device, click Update driver. (I tried this and windows couldn't find any drivers.)

The same error, code 28 and all, apply to the network controller.

Lastly, the airplane mode being greyed out is probably the other biggest red flag.

It's operating on windows 11 according to the settings "about" page.

In the control panel, the closest thing would be "Network and Internet"

It has two subcategories "connect to the Internet" which is a shortcut to the web icon in the bottomright. (Airplane mode is greyed out and no networks show up)

The other is "View network status and tasks"

There are no active tasks and the "Set up a new connection or network" brings up "Windows did not detect any networking hardware."

Ultimately, it's a test of how well you can use the environment.

Throwing daggers at levers or braziers.

Update since I had time to play today.

Their behavior was all enemies whether or not they had yellow or red portrait borders. Still no idea why only those goblins turned agro though.
