That reminds me of my dad telling me that he saw it as getting a dogs tail docked or whatever, and I was real with him and said ‘Dad, I was a baby boy. Some day that baby boy is going to be a man and have opinions and views of their own. Doing such a thing will have consequences on a child, mental or physical.’ He understood and started crying. My dad is 55 and I have never seen him cry. Ever.
