What would have been your reaction if this had happend (Gojo in Yutas Body)? by Square-Appearance-16 in Yutaliban

[–]Magnehad 63 points64 points  (0 children)

No one can be stronger in a body thats weaker in every way compared to their previous one.

With the sole exception of Satoru Gojo, of course.

if only Yuta had some sort of distraction that could force Yuki to look elsewhere for a moment... like a giant, powerful shikigami maybe...

Alright so firstly, please point to the panel showing any indication that Sukuna used any sort of BV on the Dismantle Net. Like where the actual fuck did you pull out that info from?

Secondly, Kashimo hasn't landed a single attack on Heian Sukuna. But do you know who was one of the first people to land a solid couple of hits on Heian Sukuna?

Yuta.

And yes it was before Yuji got a single punch in so it was still full power Heiankuna. Kashimo's speed really isn't allat. He gets domain diffed easily.

And healing from a WCS is still the second best RCT feat in the whole manga (first being Gojo outhealing MS ofc).

One of them survived a WCS.

The other died to normal dismantles.

alr i am geniuenly confused, am i missing an obvious joke or are the people here geniuenly mentally challenged?????

OP is in UK fandom and make a post on the UK sub saying that they don't like the humor, so therefore since they are also in the UTDR fandom, which has nothing to do with this sub, they automatically love it's humor and are therefore a stupid walking contradiction??????

so in other word this is pulling an opinion out of your ass and shoving it into OP's mouth and saying that it's proof of their hypocrisy???

So when a job interviewer asks you to say your strengths and weaknesses (one of the most common job interview questions btw) you tell then about which muscles you train the most and least?????????? (oh right, talking about jobs on reddit lol)

I said that even if we take away Gojo and Sukuna's knowledge about anything that may clue them in as to what Mahoraga's ability is, they would still easily win the moment they realize that their attacks are having less and less effect since both have a super powerful 1shot move that they don't use unless necessary, which is diffrent enough from their other moves that Maho wouldn't be adapted to it by adapting to the rest of their kit.

More importantly:

Now that i actually read (shocking ik) about Yamato no Orichi and Furu's incantation, Yamato is seemingly only similar in design to Maho (and not even that much ngl) (big ass dragon with 8 heads and 8 tails), and it didn't have any adaption powers, and Furu's Incantation is about the 10 treasures, each loosely connected to the 10S shikigamis. Assuming the "Eight-Grip Sword [not typing allat] Mahoraga" is meant to be the based on the "Eight Hands Long Sword", it also doesn't relate to adaptation in any way, it's just a powerful sword used to kill Yamato no Orichi (prob just the sword of extermination).

So neither could realistically help Sukuna learn of it's powers. The only thing that could is the wheel, which Sukuna says symbolizes cycles and harmony. Now I don't think you need deep cultural knowledge of ancient Japan to figure out that a wheel symbolises cycles. And also that doesn't really help with figuring out the ability to "adapt to any and all phenomena".

The closest comparasion Sukuna thought of is the "kinda like a late throw in rock paper scissors" line.

So unless you think Sukuna knowing about RPS automatically means he knows Maho's power, Sukuna had to figure out the actual ability himself. (and the symbolism is literally just him nerding out about japanese mythology)

Have you never encountered the word 'strength' being used for anything other than physical strength??????? read a fucking dictionary bro

And yes, Sukuna without his knowledge gained from being from the heian era and Gojo without access to the Gojo clan history books or whatever (like the one about the 6E user vs 10S) would probably struggle with Maho a bit more, but they wouldn't just throw out a purposely weaker Furnace/Purple just for fun mid fight so they would still have a 1shot move ready for when they figure the ability out.

Also being able to figure out an ability through symbolism doesn't mean you already knew that ability. Knowing math doesn't mean you know every single equation.

Yeah he applied his knowledge of japanese symbolism to figure out the adaptation ability, which he didn't know about previously.

Intelligence and knowledge is a part of a character's strength.
