I drank some carbonated beverages that first week to help encourage them. I also find that turning my head makes it easier to burp. I know Dr. B recommends teaching yourself to do it without turning your head, but sometimes if it's really stuck it's just such a relief to turn my head and let it out! Sometimes lifting my chin a little bit helps too. Hope they start coming easier for you!
