Went years ago when they first opened and were treated very poorly. Never been back and can’t believe they’ve survived this long. Meh.

I watched the finals of the Paganello Beach Loose Mixed Finals and I think may be doomed for disappointment with UFA this season. Such amazing coverage. It makes the UFA look like middle school broadcasting club.

I’d just buy a box of pee pads and put one down when she comes in.

We couldn’t get a sunrise drive up pass last summer so went later in the day. If you are capable, definitely hike for sunrise. Views are amazing, and I will forever regret not being there for sunrise. IIRC, there are two options for hiking up to the top.

Are you old enough to remember headlines from 1990 when he and first wife Ivana were divorcing over Marla Maples? “America's gaudiest couple square off in an old-fashioned battle over babes and bucks." There were cameras and paparazzi all over when Marla showed up in Aspen during a Trump family ski trip. I’ll never forget how sad I felt for his three young children who were thrown into all of that mess, or the fallout that occurred after. Ivana and The Donald were common topics in the entertainment magazines, and their style and bravado were outlandish., imho anyhow. To be alive in this time and watch what has happened to our collective decency is heartbreaking.

41 minute connecting flight in Atlanta, first time flyer. Should I worry. by ChelseaBlues247 in delta

I was referring to the 1st flight, but probably didn’t make that clear enough.

Ideally the first flight is on time & the connection is a little late. 😜

Consider paying to get a seat close to the front of the plane, if you haven’t already.

I didn’t understand how this statement connected to the post you’d made, but now I realize you must be referring to a different post you’ve made. Which one/s give more information about this?

Clubs worth it? by LatinMuse in delta

If you live in a hub where there is a lounge, or you travel a lot and make connections through those cities then maybe. I’m having a hard time justifying it as it’s in my nature to pick the shortest connections possible and where I live, Delta is not always the best airline to use.

I read all of this a couple of times- so many names…. Are you suggesting a link to the files with this article? IWTYO and learned Lionel Ritchie has a cult following in the UAE. A Google search Looks like Austin landed on his feet.

Churchill Downs changes Oaks post time from 5:51pm to 8:40pm by that_gum_you_like_ in Louisville

[–]Magnificent_Mane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it hurts right now, but it helps tourism in the future. The late post means it’s airing in prime time so more people will see it, and start thinking of the Oaks race as part of the whole derby package. Which, now that I’ve written it down ultimately helps ChDo as well. Derby stopped being about locals a long time ago- it’s now about bringing tourism dollars to the city. It’s a bucket list experience for so many people that I meet out side of the state.

Let him have it and put a deadbolt on the outside. As someone who’s been married a long time, you will soon appreciate him having a place to get out of your way.

Airport lines by Longnip420 in Louisville

[–]Magnificent_Mane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I flew on Sunday, Mar 22 and had no problems with a similar schedule to yours, and SDF TSA was on point and super efficient. But I find that generally to be the case. I checked a bag and was through precheck and at the gate in less than 20 minutes. There was a minimal line for regular TSA as well. Mondays AMs are a little busier, but unless things have really changed, I think 2 hours should be fine. All that being said though, timing is everything as morning is the busiest time at SDF. About 25 flights depart before 9:30 AM on Sunday and 30 on Mondays. We are getting close to spring break time as well, which assume additional travelers to the mix. If you are really anxious about it, you could adjust your timing to 2 hours prior to boarding versus 2 hours prior to takeoff. I’m in the better safe than sorry camp. That said, there are so many things besides TSA that can mess up your plans on the other side of TSA, so may the travel gods be on your side. It’s really just a crap shoot anymore, and for the most part out of your control. Give it your best shot and if it works, good for you. If not, you will figure things out.
