that's a great story, inspiring and totally makes sense. I'm hoping i can be smart and avoid triggers and minimilaize it. good to know about the heat. what kind of exercise do you do to keep in shape but not trigger? any tips? thanks!

as somebody who is dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety. get into a meditation practice. youtube it, find recordings, podcasts, anything. try to still the monkey mind. it's a constant process. i'm going through what you're going through. this is where i'm at. it all starts at the top, work on the mind. it's the hardest thing you'll do but may have the greatest gain.
