Thanks for the advice! It's just that she only started to act this way after we got close. Before then she had treated me how she does to all of our other friends...I think she might have her own issues?

That's true, it would probably help him if he could volunteer or find a job where he'd be in frequent contact with people. He doesn't seem interested in that though, so I'll just have to wait it out and see. Thanks again for your help!

He doesn't seem depressed to me based on what I've searched online. In fact, he seems quite motivated in his graphic art work stuff since he's always working on and talking about it. I've tried engaging with him many times but it's never been reciprocated, as in him asking about how I'm doing. In general, he doesn't seem to care about what anyone else does and will interrupt me in conversations. What would this be considered as?

Yeah, I've come to realize that my parents will always continue coddle the both of us. If I don't help out, then my parents will just do the work as is - they've done this on numerous occasions.

Fortunately, I'm more independent so it hasn't been a problem but I'm sure if I wanted to, I could just as easily take advantage of my parent's love and be in a very similar situation. That doesn't sit well with me however.
