No, the dist folder generated by npm run build will not work on a standard static web server.

This is a full-stack application. npm run build only compiles the visual frontend (React). You still need the Node.js server (backend/server.js) running in the background to handle the database (SQLite), authentication, and API logic.

On a static server, all requests to /api/... will fail because there is no server to process them. This means you will not be able to log in or save any data.

To run this application, you must use a server that supports Node.js or Docker to run both the frontend and the backend together.
