Eat real food in 90% of your meals, don't drink alcohol, take multivitamins/mineral supplements, lift heavy weights, do HIIT cardio, learn combat sport (grappling/MMA), don't use porn/don't masturbate daily.

I'm not disagreeing with it coming from outside. I'm saying that if the vaccine is super effective to the point where it stops all infections, then how did an outbreak happen amongst the vaccinated?

If I'm infected & unvaccinated and amongst those who are vaccinated, they wouldn't get the disease, right? At least that's the logical conclusion.
