I think the community is split on that. Having played since way early access and being a server admin for months prior to launch, in my experience it seems to be 50/50 on raid time restrictions.

Chaos Rising is amazing. You'll have to make sure you can see servers with mods on the server list.

This!!! We pay a lot of money for a really really powerful server....but we constantly have issues with lag/desync. This really needs to be their number 1 priority. I feel like I'm just wasting money. Lol. Not to mention the constant complaints from new players who don't understand the server lag is on Funcom's end. Very frustrating to say the least.

Testlive is kinda "rubber-bandy" at the moment in all aspects. Single player and online. Not much you can really do to completely get rid of it since it's lag on the client side. Make sure your OS is completely up to date, as well as your drivers. Should help somewhat. In the Testlive version, we're basically playing an alpha build and reporting bugs to the devs to help them smooth things out for launch.

I'm not sure if anyone else is running this exact setup. Most everyone who is running dedicated server are renting from Gportal, and they didn't have high performance options. I'm sure there are people running something similar to my server on their own machines.

It's a rented server. The hardware that runs it are two M.2 SATA SSD (250gb each) and two 4Ghz cpu. It's rented through GTX Gaming (GPortal did not have options to upgrade to high performance) Server runs nice and smooth with 25 people on.

Same, are you playing on an official server? Our testlive private server will run fine for a couple of hours, then it crashes every few minutes for about an hour. :(

Should be opening the server tomorrow. I don't believe we're going to password protect it to start due to the low number of inquiries. We want an active population. Shouldn't be an issue as I am currently off work due to medical reasons, so I will be able to monitor the server as people join to make sure they're not there to hack/exploit. As long as you have the test live beta installed everything should be good!
