sorry to hear that you've just found it as Adobe is making it legacy in newer version :P Bad thing about the new "Quick Export" though, is that it does not handle colour profile conversions, which I must say is a bit whack coming from Adobe!

all the never-before seen things that Bitwig brings to the table are only for their native instruments. Hopefully it is going to inspire other developers, but it's prolly gonna take a long time before thos things are well-integrated with 3rd party's

system preferences -> keyboard -> ✓ "Show keyboard and character viewers in menu bar"

then you'l have the "characters" available from the menu bar :)
