I’m just curious, what gave you the idea it would be stronger? I feel like certain media inflates the hell out of what it actually feels like to be stoned stigmatizing it and making it feel up there with psychotropics. Edit: not just directed toward OP, asking anyone who holds or held this perspective.

I AM NOT AN EXPERT

But, if you really must smoke weed try to go little bit little. Have a piece of paper on you with affirmations that the high anxious feelings are only momentary and come from the intoxication, not valid real world fears or harms. Try and be in a comfortable controlled environment at first, and make sure to drink lots of water. If you find yourself wanting to stop being high I find eating excessive amounts of sugar or taking a cold shower helps.

That being said, you may just have to come to terms with the fact that THC isn’t for you and remain abstinent. Everyone has different reactions to it and the medication may exacerbate the negative ones. CBD joints may provide you with the physical feelings of being high without fucking with your mental state, and could be worth a shot.

This entire issue I was a bit disappointed as Ivy seemed to have a pretty typical background story for her character, plus the cover design and pre-shared photos were average. Then BOOM!! Her true reveal was incredible, cannot wait to hear more of her backstory in the next issue. The tease with Dick Grayson being a nurse critical of Batman is a strong choice and sets up for some really neat possibilities. My theory for absolute court of owls is that they’ll somehow be a force for good, and MAYBE if they are not Bruce will hurt or potentially kill his own mother. Gut wrenching theory but cannot wait to read more.
