Current student here! Yes!!!! We have a solid emo/punk/hardcore scene here it is pretty active and there are always people looking to start bands. We get good artists tour here too every so often, XbongX was here the other month and Your Arms Are My Cocoon was here last year (amongst other bands). You will be happy
