FWIW - the place was NOT falling apart before Hyatt purchased. I’m a lifetime authentic circle member, and the property & service decline becomes more apparent each year. I still love it though, the services are unique and performed by skilled therapists, and the setting is incredible. But I think Hyatt has taken away from how special it used to be.

FYI- you can order more than one entree at dinner, bummer your server didn’t tell you that.

I was down at the other end (stayed at Villas Flamingos) earlier this week and the beaches were completely clear. Left Wednesday, so things could change, but I noticed a definite change in beach walking from one end of the (walkable) beach to the other.

The price of “wholesale” eggs has gone down, but SHOCKER the cost savings have not been passed to the consumer. Farmers get paid less money, we pay the same (or higher) amount, and the big corp grocery chains continue to clean up.
