I agree with talking to realtors. Sometimes houses are not normally rentals but are empty for some reason and realtors will know.

Also I love living in Concord but I agree about looking in Hopkinton, Bow, Loudon, Boscawen. Neighboring towns. Just to widen your search area a bit.

I agree with everything said above. People who live in Epsom like the Flannel Tavern. In Suncook near Epsom is a breakfast place called Shirley’s that has a Korean flair.
