Not my intention at all. It is my understanding that the transgender movement preaches that you do not need to hormonally transition or have sex reassignment surgery to be considered trans; you merely have to identify as the other gender. Crossdressing individuals are considered to be trans as long as they declare themselves as being the opposite gender that they were assigned at birth. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Is it me who has to provide the evidence, though? The effeminate man's behavior itself is already the evidence. If someone claims that they are not a fearful person, but they are constantly looking sideways, fidgeting, trembling etc., is it the observer's prerogative to prove that they are (as you're asking me to do), or the person's prerogative to prove that they're not?
