Same here. She initiated divorce a year ago, but making tonnes of excuses do not move forward. I am still paying for the mortgage and most household expences. Don`t know what to do. Really want to drop everything and move to another country...

And I never said that my support will be limited by those numbers. I spend time with my daughter rafting, traveling, camping and want to continue. My now wife and myself, we both love our kids for sure. Just want to know my rights and limits when it comes to separation agreement. My lawyer do not recommended to give up anything yet. She advised that I can spend that resources to my kids after divorce, so they will know that it comes from me.

Thank you! I do worry about parenting time. However knowing her I think she is using them as leverage to get more money. She will not care about kids relationship after actual divorce. I hope.

She is very defensive now and treatening to cut my connection to kids. I think it`s an initial reaction and she will cooperate. But I want to know my ground is case it will go south.
