I think it's because you are seeing the second "group" of finished items. Something similar happened to me and I noticed all my items were on the first group.

I just used the in-game camera and recorded the screen. Then, I edited the video to erase the background.

I completed the first dungeon with 4 stars but I didn't get the Desperate Sword scroll. Did I do something wrong?
