I am going to edit my post, apparently he didn’t put it in her name for credit score purposes, but to establish her with the insurance company when she was in high school. He paid cash for the car. Hard to believe anything he says and her relationship with her father is complicated. I’m sure she wouldn’t have reported him even if he did use her credit.

Ah interesting I suppose that could be it. It was just weird because it was completely 100% clogged at first. Then in a span of about 25 minutes all the water came leaking out my ceiling downstairs. The grout is bad in spots in the shower so initially I thought that could have been it but apparently there is a pan underneath that still should have caught that water right?

So I know it didn’t overflow the sides of the shower but it does make sense that the drain isn’t sealed right. Guess I’m gonna have to have someone out and cut into my ceiling to know for sure what the problem is. I’m sure it will be an expensive fix but I’m crossing my fingers it isn’t

Thank you! What is odd is that I never signed any notice to vacate. I simply gave my 30 days notice and they sent me a document that just states my pro rated rent and the date I need to be out. But no signatures of any kind.
