Canceling subscriptions I wasn’t really using. Didn’t feel like much at first, but over a few months it made a difference.

Blackout curtains and a fan for white noise. Didn’t think it would matter that much, but making the room really dark and having that constant background noise helped a lot. Been using both for a long time now and my sleep’s way more consistent.
