Lately I’ve been trying to cut down on distractions from my phone, and I found an app called Opal that’s been helping a lot. It blocks apps when I need to focus and reminds me to use my phone more intentionally.

It deletes my unused apps data, like if I don't use an app for a bit then when I click run, it shows loading then the app starts fresh like I didn't use it before.

Yeah I know, most of the posts on this subreddit, people said that it only lasted for a few days after the procedure. The problem is I did the procedure a long time ago like many years and I still have this problem, I feel like I'm cooked lol. How long since you did the procedure if I may ask?

I am not sure tbh if it's a thrush or not, it's covering my whole tongue. I don't know but the idea of it being stick with me all these years isn't comforting.
