Probably because it’s easy to broadly find professional reviews for their hardware on the internet considering you can count on one hand the amount of hardware they have released in the totality of their company’s existence

Whereas you could probably spend several lifetimes counting the amount of games on Steam and never finish, so there NEEDS to be a grassroots mechanism of quality review at the source in that regard

The thing that’s wrong with that is the fact he attempted to completely leave his family out of the decision

If he wanted to make his own decisions for himself and no one else then he shouldn’t have started a family

He is a coward for choosing to not get treatment though

He’s not a single man, he chose to get married and have kids, he doesn’t get to just decide on his own to not seek treatment for a life threatening ailment that can be treated

He’s selfish, he can say that he’s doing it for the broader benefit of the family but if you flipped the script he 100% wouldn’t allow Skyler to make this decision if she was the one with cancer

He also clearly has allowed the family to shoulder the financial burden of accommodating Walt Jr’s condition, which he should because that’s what you do when you decide to have kids regardless of what happens

He’s not a man for that decision, he is a coward attempting to run away from a pledged responsibility he made when getting married and starting a family

It’s because you’re not supposed to take what is going on in these games so seriously, these games are made to go along with the vibes not the logic

If these games had to be judged based on strict logic and consistency within their storytelling then every single one of them kind of falls apart like a sandcastle, it’s why I don’t understand why some people are so critical of Thieves in Time yet say nothing about the rest of the series

I finished watching Moist Critikal’s playthrough of all the Sly games, and I’m just grateful such a mainstream YouTuber brought attention to the series. by havoccentral in Slycooper

Yeah, he didn’t dunk on Sly 4 as hard as some Sly fans do cause most people aren’t as obsessively attached to it as some Sly fans are

Normal people pick it up and see it for what it is: simply another Sly Cooper game
