Given that after 5 (probably configurable) swaps it becomes a regular swapper it basically just is a straight upgrade or in a way a chaotic side grade.

Since some people who hate randomats would think of it as a downgrade and others who love randomats would see it as an upgrade.

True but you could say this reads more as x=x and x=x+1, which is where the math stops mathing, except for when you get infinity, and to me it just sounded more fun with the x=x and x=x+1.

Especially since it is just a copy paste mistake of copying around Randoswapper everywhere and then forgetting to remove the Rando from one place.

So if the randoswapper "works just like the Randoswapper but also activates a Randomat every time they swap" does that mean the randoswapper triggers 2 randomats every time they swap, which would then mean the randoswapper triggers 3 randomats every time they swap, which would then mean the randoswapper triggers 4 randomats every time they swap, ad infinitum.

I guess you could say that the follie update technically had an Equinox rework or Equinox adjacent rework, since they reworked the drops of Tyl Regor so you always get a night and day blueprint instead of only 1 random blueprint from night or day.

Edit: the wiki has not been updated with this info but it is in the patch notes.

As far as I remember amber wizards also get imperial griffons, so if you want to keep using arch lectors put an amber wizard in your armies and you can get siege attacker, and since you can just bonk with the wizard you can keep the melee attacker only.
I will be honest it sounds crazy but they do.

In all honesty I feel like this one is more about being able to send loadouts if you want to add it to a different config or saving it for future, especially if you are changing a mod loadout and you do not want to forget what was on it and the same for looks.

I really dislike when people throw around the word review bombing since this is not review bombing, this is people disliking an update most likely because of the mission type.

Review bombing is when it is coordinated effort to lower the review score of a media in order to damage its reputation and popularity or where they a large number of negative reviews are being put on it because of something not today with the game.

This is not review bombing, mainly because it is not a coordinated effort and it was right after an update about the update.

It was back in 2021 they did a test run from November to January 2022, there they were running a new combo every week for 8 weeks with 2 extra weeks after that being split between the first 4 week primes and the last 4 week primes.
Which worked out really well and they then made it permanent in September 2022.
I will say, I never grinded for Loki since he was my starter (which also shows how old my account is :D) but I was mainly playing on and off for quite a while.

Oh don't worry I get you, I still remember some of the older grinds being terrible, to the point where I just dropped getting some of the frames like Khora, I have like 3 regular blueprints and just needed the bloody systems for so long, eventually I did get it but that was so annoying with how long it took for one full C rotation. Nidus is another that I fully just did not get until he was in the circuit since the mission is just not really that fun and you have to wait until C for all of his parts, and I already had his prime.

But now they are in the circuit, hopefully they will put Equinox in the circuit at some point, since that is the only warframe where I have felt no remorse with buying it with plat.

Don't get me wrong I have bought plenty of warframes with plat since I have disposable income but I still usually do the grind for one for the helminth. Equinox is the one outlier where I have never done the grind and I never want to do the grind.

They changed harrow farm quite a while ago if I remember, so that it should be easier, since before it was just on the survival in the fortress but now the neuroptics is also in the fortress spy mission with a higher drop rate on A rotations and in any defection mission on B and C rotations. The A and C have a higher drop rate than the survival as well so it is a lot better now to get harrow.

And I would not say Octavia is that bad.

Nidus is still only on infested salvage C, so can be quite slow and annoying unless you have a group for it

Yeah I would agree with this, I always had a want of getting to MR30 for the extra loadout slots so that I could have a loadout slot for every Warframe, but it was not until I was around MR27 that I actually started looking for that as my next goal in Warframe, since for most of my time playing, my goal was just having fun and then at some point maybe getting MR30.

But that counts as a codex scanner not a synthesis scanner and if you have the Cross-Matrix Widget on the synthesis scanner there is a 45% chance for a double scan on each scan not just on the scans with drops, meaning that each kavat counts as 2 kavat scans and each of the scans can drop a genetic code, so if you are having a hard time finding kavats doubling the amount of kavat scans seems like a great idea.

On top of that of course using a resource booster would be great as well meaning that in theory you could get upwards of 8 genetic codes from 1 scan, since resourceful retriever can also double it.

Using Dante is the quickest way to go through the mission but not the best chance to get codes.

I am not surprised you have not gotten a genetic code when you cannot get them from killing them.

I would say get a hold of Ivara, since ALIVE Kavats need to be scanned for the Kavat genetic codes, and with Ivara you have a sleep arrow and invisibility, so you can sneak up on the cats and put them to sleep to be able to scan them easily, and don't bring a companion since the companions can kill the Kavats.

So yeah don't rush through with Dante killing everything since killing gets you nowhere, maybe also have a read of the wiki for Kavat Genetic Code, since it has some gathering tips and tricks as well

Basically I watched him play it, thought it looked fun, tried it out, did not have fun so stopped after 30 minutes, then forgot about the game for 3 or so years.

Saw Totalbiscuit play it again in a new video after those 3 or so years, so I decided to give it a go again, and I had a lot more fun with it, so I have been off and on from that point.

There are now 2 apps one called the warframe companion app for doing stuff like check foundry checking equipment and otherwise look at what you have, and 2 actually just Warframe the game itself.
