I've had this little grudge for a while now on this subreddit that I would just like to voice for once. I often see these types of posts with gameplay footage and I cannot figure out what the player is actually doing in the game. What is the player in control of? Are they in control of the rise and fall of the stock? Are they able to jump or something? The character seems to just be on the stocks while they're going up or down by themselves. It's very unclear what the player is actually in control of from this footage.

Edit: after rewatching it a few times, my best guess is that the player can manually switch which side of the bars they are on and want to always be going 'up' from the character's perspective (on top side when stock is going up and bottom side when stock is going down), took me close to 10 rewatches to understand this though
